This conveniently located, brand new, air-conditioned apartment is ideal for a couple. The beach of Livadia is a 5 minutes walk away, also the taverns, coffee shops and beach bars on the seashore. The center of town is 15 minutes by walk. The apartment is in a quiet, residential area, features a big balcony and a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine.
The space
In the living room you will find a spacious very comfortable couch (can be set up to sleep a 3rd guest if needed). The flat-screen television has got Greek and International channels.
The dining table is in this area and there is access to the balcony with garden chairs and table. Balcony doors and all windows have mosquito nets.
The kitchen is compact, equipped with a 4 hob cooker and an oven, big fridge-freezer, sandwich maker, filter coffee maker, a water kettle and a big washing machine.
The bedroom and bathroom open off the kitchen area, the bathroom features a bathtub.
The new double bed is a standard size European double (1.60 m x 2 m) with new mattress for good night sleep. Extra towels stocked in the wardrobe.
There is one air condition unit in the bedroom.
The apartment is situated on the second floor and is 60 m2 (plus terraces).

Interaction with guests
Anna, the house manager will meet you at the villa or at the port/airport. She will explain how everything works in the house, tell you about Paros and answer any questions you may have on arrival. She will meet you again on your departure to collect the keys, check the villas and see you off. You can always contact her by phone or email she lives on the island permanantly.

We are glad we did, because we were not disappointed. The flat is big! I mean really big. We felt so spoiled to have so much space. We also enjoyed very much our balcony as we could just go outside and watch the sunset from the flat while sipping some wine. The bedroom was spacious and the pillows and mattress were very comfy too! We had very good night’s sleep. The flat location is also great! It was maybe 10 mins away from the beach and also surrounded by a great variety of restaurants. We loved to have dinner so close to the beach. Excellent flat in Paros. We loved it

Our host Anna was friendly, offered a lot of tips and recommendations and responded very quickly and was helpful. The neighborhood was a local, pretty and quiet area. The nearest small beach and restaurant area is about 10 minutes walk. I highly recommend renting a scooter or a car to make trips quicker and to explore the island better. I would stay with this host again.
