A cozy island cottage for three to four guests, 5 minutes walk to the blue flag beach of Marcello beach, and access to a spacious shared pool! Panoramic sea views from the terrace, cool and quiet bedroom, and a big pool that is shared by 8 houses in the area. Residential area, 5 minutes drive from the port of Parikia with restaurants and shops or 10 minutes ferry ride from the beach to Parikia port if you prefer not to rent a car. The space
This beautiful island home is on two levels. On the ground level, you enter the living room that is in the space with a perfectly equipped kitchen. Double balcony doors lead to the terrace, so you can soak up those fabulous views! In the living area, there are two sofas, one of them opens up into a bed and can sleep a child comfortably. There is a television (Greek channels only), stereo system and limitless wifi Internet.
On the terrace, you will find a spacious breakfast table with seating for four people. On the lower level, there is a big bedroom with wardrobes filled with plenty of extra linen, towels, and beach towels, and a bathroom with a shower and washing machine. There are two normal single beds that can be put together to make up a double. We can add a third bed (travel bed) if needed, suitable for a child. Baby cot also available on previous arrangement.

Interaction with guests
Anna the house manager will see you at your arrival, handle the house keys, explain how everything works in the house (hot water, cooker etc.) and then will sit you down and tell you about the island. On your departure, she will see you again to check the house and see you off. You can always contact her by phone or email she lives on the island permanently.
Other things to note
Please be informed that the pool is a common swimming pool that belongs to all 8 houses in Krios, Panorama Village. Since it’s a really spacious pool it never gets crowded, but there is a chance that others are going to use it too.
The pool operates from the 1st of May until the 31st of October.
Two chairs and two sunbeds are available at the pool and are for common use.
Be prepared to climb stairs, Panorama cottages are built on the hillside for fab views 🙂 Pack lightly!

Agnès, August 2019: We had a great time in Paros. The house is very nice even if it is small, everything is well arranged and we appreciate the freshness of the bottom room. The terrace offers a beautiful view of the sea and the joint ownership is not really embarrassing. The pool is very nice and very uncrowded. The sea is 5 minutes by a small path that allows access to Marcello Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches on the island according to us. In short, a place where we would like to return!

It is a cosy space, very clean, has a gorgeous view from the balcony and an incredibly pool! Anna was very hospitable, very communicative and helped us with any issues.
