This homey little house is located just 3km from Parikia, the central port and capital. It offers great views over the bay of Parikia, and is in walking distance to the crystal clear beach of Marchello. It enjoys access to a shared swimming pool, just 50 m from the house. Located on a hill, well protected from the northern summer winds. The house is child-friendly featuring child stair safety gates and cots! We would love to host you! The space
The total space is around 70 square meters split over two floors. The lounge and kitchen are on the ground floor, and the bedrooms and bathroom on the lower ground floor (which means they are cool during the summer months).
There is plenty of outdoor space with a veranda overlooking the port of Parikia. The view overlooking the port is simply amazing… The best way to enjoy a coffee or a drink in the afternoon…
The house is in a complex of traditional stone-built houses, with lots of gardens and outdoor area for kids to play and explore. It is a very safe environment as it is all private grounds. Feel free to make use of our homegrown herbs on the back garden, the Weber BBQ, and try some figs from the numerous fig trees spread around the complex!
The pool is shared with seven other houses, but it never gets crowded so it feels like your own private pool!
The sandy beach of Martsello is only 10 minutes’ walk away, and Krios beach is 20 minutes walk, both of them well protected from the wind and have restaurants where you can have lunch or dinner.

Anna is available to answer any of your questions. She will check you in and show you around, and check you out at the end of your stay.
Other things to note
The house includes all the basics and you will also find some cooking ingredients which you are welcome to use. There will be enough to cook a couple of meals, in case you don’t have time to go to the super market before your arrival.

Everything was very clean, the house has a magnificent view and a great (almost private) pool because most of the times there was no one else there. Our transfers were well-taking care of by Ana. There is a very good working oven, a washing machine and even a Weber BBQ. If You’re looking for a nice and relaxing vacation, we will definitely recommend this house…
Caterina, September 2016: Andreas’ place was just amazing! The sea view was simply terrific and the swimming pool inestimable! The house itself is quite small for 4 or more people, especially the bathroom, but fully equipped and has also a BBQ station. Furthermore, the large space outside was very useful and compensate for everything. Just one defect if possible: there was no wireless internet actually, but we should have paid a card from a service company to use it. Anyway, great experience in general. I would definitely recommend this house!
