The space<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Villa Theodora is built on a slope and the entrance from the street level is to the first floor where you will find yourself in the living-dining-kitchen open area with direct access to the sea view balcony that runs the whole lengths of the house. Two bedrooms open from the living room: one double with seas views and access to the balcony and one twin bedroom with garden views. These two bedrooms share a beautiful island-style bathroom with a shower.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There is an additional cloakroom at the entrance and an outside utility room with a washing machine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The kitchen is very well equipped, you will find all the appliances that you might need for making a meal and a dishwasher makes it easy to clean up afterward. The cozy living room has got an inside-outside feel with double balcony doors opening up to the terrace featuring the second dining table, outside couch, low seating and sunbeds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the lower level, there are two additional bedrooms both with their own private entrance and en-suite bathroom, a perfect choice for couples looking for a bit of privacy. One of them is a double, the other is a twin bedroom. They open to the lower garden and the BBQ area with dining table and have views of the garden and the great swimming pool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The lovely pool area is in front of the house, settled in the olive grove. The pool is very spacious (9 x 3.5 m) and there are sunbeds by the poolside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anna, the house manager will meet you at the villa or at the port\/airport. She will explain how everything works in the house, tell you about Paros and answer any questions you may have on arrival. She will meet you again upon your departure to collect the keys, check the villas, and see you off. You can always contact her by phone or email she lives on the island permanently.

We loved our stay here, it was the perfect escape for a large family like ours. The rooms were all great and the hang out areas and pool created the perfect environment for us to spend quality time together. We also loved being in this area of Paros and away from the hectic areas in the north.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fantastic house and quiet. Still only 5-10 minutes from town and beaches, which was perfect. The pool is nice and big and between olive trees! Great decor, fits wonderfully in this area. Big rooms, lots of space. Fantastic view of the sea !! Everything has been thought of, such as extra beach towels and a good espresso machine! The care and tips from Anna were great. There is also an extra book with hints and tips for beaches, restaurants, sports \u2026 We’ll be back!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We absolutely loved this place.
We were two families with two teenagers each. It was perfect for us. One of the rooms is much bigger than the other three, but we did not mind. The pool is lovely and the house itself is blissful. Very tasteful decoration, and has literally everything you need.

This villa is wow, pictures don’t do it justice. The finish is very new and clean and stone floors throughout keep the villa super cool but no slippery feet for children! The pool is gorgeous and views are amazing, especially in the evening. Kitchen is super well equipped and there is a spot to sit at every time of day depending on the view\/sun you fancy – the outdoor space is huge! Aliki is a fab place with a cute beach, restaurants, shop, playground and we loved that it was very local and not too touristy.
The upstairs and downstairs are quite separate so it was nice for us as 2 families to have our own space, although it’s worth noting that the two downstairs bedrooms open straight to the outside of the villa (no internal access) and so not ideal for young children to be in one of these rooms alone. Thank you for a lovely stay, we hope to be back one day!<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
