The Space
This traditionally built stone villa has got fantastic views over Parikia bay and a big swimming pool to cool down those hot summer days! It hosts comfortably 6 persons in two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. All rooms have air condition.
On the ground floor there is the living room/kitchen/dining room area, with double doors opening to the big terrace where there is a second dining table, a BBQ and a lounging area. The kitchen is fully equipped with big fridge/freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, cooker and oven, coffee machine, kettle etc. There is no television but there is free wifi Internet.
Downstairs you will find the 3 bedrooms, from which the two double bedrooms have one-suit bathrooms with shower. There is also a washing machine for your convenience.
There are plenty of linen and towels, including pool towels provided.

Interaction with Guests
Anna will see you at your arrival, hand you the house keys, explain how everything works in the house (hot water, cooker, wifi etc.) and then tell you about the island and answer all your questions.
On your departure she will see you again to check the house, get keys and see you off. You can always contact her by telephone. We live on the island permanently.
The Neighborhood
Only 1,5 km from the port and 7 km from the airport this house is easily accessible. Close to the island’s capital city Parikia with shops and bars and a buzzing nightlife. The house and the pool is in a quiet area with garden and other holiday houses around, so quiet relaxation guaranteed. Also a great beach bar, a lovely sandy beach with crystal clean water (Marchello Beach) is in walking distance.
Getting Around
Renting a car, motorbike or quad is highly recommended (Ask for a quotation from us!) or you can use taxi service. No public bus service on this part of the island.
Other Things to Note
Pets are not accepted. If you are a smoker please smoke outside, this is a non-smoking house.

Our overall impression of the property and surroundings was mind blowing, the area is so tranquil and with such beautiful, picturesque views. My family enjoyed their whole experience of Paros and would recommend to anyone who wanted to go on this sort of holiday. When we arrived the property is well maintained, very clean and we were greeted by the park management who showed us around the Villa and explained how everything worked. We were provided with maps of Paros, Mykonos and surrounding places to visit along with restaurants of high standard to enjoy lunch or an evening meal with a spectacular view. I would certainly recommend this to a friend/relative as my family enjoyed their stay. My little boy cried when we had to come home as it really is paradise. I have reviewed all of the restaurants where we ate and added them to Trip Advisor. Our favourite and most enjoyable restaurant was Elea, great food, service great, value for money

It is difficult to imagine being happier than our family was with this wonderful villa. It is beautiful, comfortable, modern and clean. The veranda, pool and nearby Krios Beach make the entire experience perfect. Beyond these attributes, Paros is the ideal Greek island – everything you could ask for (including an amazingly friendly populace) without the tourist buses (we day-tripped to Santorini and were thrilled to come “home”!) – and this villa is ideally situated. It has fabulous views of and is in walking distance of town (albeit a healthy walk along the beaches and hills) yet far enough away to guarantee peace and quiet. Arodo, a local restaurant on the water’s edge, is the cherry on the sundae. The mistake we made was booking only one week. There was so much more we wished to do. I teared up (really!) when we had to leave. What makes this villa particularly fabulous, tho, is its owners. Sue and Haydn are extraordinarily helpful and friendly and the people who manage the property for them are similarly special. Do not pass up this opportunity

The summer of 2010 and 2009 our family, 2 adults and our kids aged 16,14 and 11, spent two weeks in this house in the beginning of July. It is perfect for families with teenagers, and offers opportunities to either stay at the pool or the nearby beach (5 min walk and one of the nicest on Paros). The house is located only 10 min drive from Parikia in a quiet area, and the owners are very helpful and service minded. They arranged a rental car for us, and you need that if you want to go around and discover the beautiful Island. This year we also rented a small motorboat in the port of Anti Paros and we had a nice day at sea visiting the caves and beaches on the southern part of the islands. .(The only complain we have are the barking dogs in the neighborhood -but you’ll get used to it)) We would like to go back .

Everything about the property and the environment is first rate and that is why the review title is Home away from home!
The condition of the grounds and property can only be described as immaculate. The views are stunning and the swimming pool is very clean and well kept.The Krios and Marchello beaches are a 5 minute walk away and they too are very clean and well kept areas.There is a trail just behind the villa which offers breathtaking views of the sea from the cliff tops.
In light of the distance from Parikia a rental car is recommended .The boat shuttle is available but its hours are limited and at 4 euros return per person it is novel but not economical if you are a group of 4 or more.
I would return in a heart beat. Sue and Haydn Jones are wonderful people to deal with which contributes largely to the wonderful experience.

We had such a great time. From the moment we arrived on the island, the car arrangement and meeting up at the villa went as smoothly as possible. The rental was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen had anything we needed and the front outside patio was perfect for sipping coffee in the morning with an ocean view. The beach was a bit farther than we had expected, but an easy 5 minute walk and the beach by the rental is one of the best on the island. Everything was really great and we would definitely rent this villa again. Thank you so much for your help with everything and we hope to be there again soon!
