Parian Seascape Villa is a traditional solid stone villa standing on a hilltop location over Marcello beach. Offers panoramic views of the sea, the town of Parikia across the bay, a chain of hills and the unspoiled surrounding Cycladic environment. The home is 77 sq. m with a garden in front and back and offers access to a spacious common swimming pool. It is constructed of natural materials, stone and wood spreads on two levels and hosts comfortably 5 guests. The space
The villa is 77 sqm with a garden in front and back and has a private entrance. It is constructed mainly of stone and wood, in two levels. It has a spacious living room, kitchen/dining area, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and 1 WC. It is equipped with all necessary utensils and electrical appliances (fridge/freezer, stove, oven, coffee makers, iron, washing machine, hair dryer, heaters, etc.).
Ground floor: consists of a cosy living room, the kitchen area, and one WC.
Living room: spacious with a TV, stereo, and fireplace. The living room extends onto a stone terrace that can seat up to five people and includes a small white marble bistro table for cocktails, coffee, or tea. The view from the terrace is stunning both day and night.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, oven, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, cutlery, and cooking utensils. An arched stone terrace extends from the kitchen and a marble table can seat up to five people for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. This terrace also has a beautiful panoramic view!
Lower level: three bedrooms, one bathroom with walk-in shower and one washing machine. The 3 bedrooms sleep 5 guests.

* The stone construction keeps the house cool in the summer and gives a sense of natural coolness. The bedrooms are cool at night and a good night’s sleep is guaranteed.
Interaction with guests
Anna, the house manager will meet you at the villa or the port/airport. She will explain how everything works in the house, tell you about Paros and answer any questions you may have on arrival. She will meet you again at your departure to collect the keys, check the villa and see you off. You can always contact her by phone or email she lives on the island permanently.

The house is very nice, with a super view on the port. Everything was clean. The only point to improve : that the pool is not exactly next to the house (1 min walkie-talkie). But what a pleasure to swim in. A car is mandatory.

What a wonderful holiday! Perfect view, friendly host, great location. Best beaches near by for families as it’s protected from the wind. Would recommend a car or similar as it’s quite up the hill, but necessary for the stunning views. Lots of space for the 5 of us, and Anna & Mike were superb hosts. Highly recommend, we may be back!

We had a lovely relaxing stay . Anna arranged our transfer from the port to the accommodation and her husband was there waiting on our arrival. He was friendly, helpful and gave us the info we needed about the villa and useful recommendations – thank you Michael for excellent restaurant tip for my daughter’s birthday! (Arodo). The villa was spacious and well equipped. The swimming pool was lovely with great views and we nearly always had it to ourselves .The shower is under the staircase and therefore small and quite difficult to use. The villa is a short walk to Marcello beach but you need to be prepared that while doable it is steep and hard going in hot weather. I would say that a car is a necessity. It is almost impossible to get a taxi – it requires booking in advance and very expensive. There is a boat that runs until 8pm. The views from the villa are stunning and will remain in my memory for a long time. Thank you for our much needed relaxing stay!

Very spacious and comfortable house with three large bedroom and a good size kitchen. we heard little noise from neighboring houses and never seen anyone. The kids had fun in the pool. The bedrooms have relatively small windows, no fans and outdated mosquito nets so we had a couple of sleepless nights because of the heat and mosquitoes.

We loved our stay. The view is absolutely beautiful! Anna & her husband were so helpful in arranging our transport from and to the port. Anna explained the map of the island upon arrival and check-in, recommended spots to visit, and was available to answer questions while we were there. The home is very nice. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels and lines. If you do not have a car or ATV, know that the walk to the house is difficult. It’s very high (you can’t have that beautiful view without that being so). It is walkable (not far) but a pretty strenuous walk. The bedrooms & shower are on the lower level. The shower is awkward if you are tall but works. The pool is great when you don’t want to make the walk down to the beach and we almost always had it to ourselves. There are a couple great spots to eat just up the beach a bit or at the hotel near by, otherwise you need to go into town, which I then recommend a car if you do that. We highly recommend this stay!

Wonderful location, great view, very quiet in the period we were there. However, you will need a car/scooter etc. as it is a bit remote. The beach is not far away but everything to do on foot is not possible. The bathroom is very very small and the shower is not great because it is directly under the spiral staircase and therefore you have hardly any space to take a shower. Otherwise everything is great.

Great place, we were a group of 5 and it was comfortable, also we were working from there and the internet was really good. The place are the same, even better than the pictures, clean and comfy.
The views from the place are incredible, really nice place, beach close to the house and also, there is a nice route to go to city Center. Host was really helpfully and answered fast, really recommend this place for WFH or just to stay and relax

The house is small but perfect for 5 adults. It has lots of carácter and was very clean, the view from the terrace is amazing. The beds are great and linen was clean and plenty. The pool is big and very clean. Although sheets was not busy at all. Anna was present during check in and check out, and is available for any issues. We would defined recommend and come back!

We loved our stay at Kelly’s and Anna was incredibly helpful during check in and check out. The house is beautiful and kept its cool despite the Parian heat. We enjoyed many swims in the pool and listening to the cicadas day in and out. Overall a very relaxing stay.
