Payment and cancellation policy

PAYMENT POLICY

If not stated differently in your offer we require a DEPOSIT of 40% of the total amount of the reservation 5 working days from the acceptance of the offer, and payment of the Remaining Balance 30 days prior to your arrival date. Your reservation will be confirmed in writing when we receive the deposit payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

TEMPORARY CANCELLATION POLICY – CORONAVIRUS HELP : The coronavirus (COVID-19) is affecting many in our community, whether personally or because of disruptions to their travel plans. And while many travelers are choosing to stay home during this uncertain time, some are still considering local stays and future travel. We would like to make it easier for you to plan your travel without fearing that you are going to loose your money therefore we are introducing a temporary FLEXIBLE cancellation policy with FULL REFUND up to 7 days prior to your check in date and free re-scheduling service. This policy automatically applies to all new reservations made between 22/05/2020 and 30/06/2020.

If not stated differently in your offer our cancellation policy is the following:
50% of the deposit amount is refundable if the cancellation is made up to 60 days prior to arrival.
25% of the deposit amount is refundable if the cancellation is made between 30-59 days prior to arrival.
For cancellations made 29 days before arrival, the full amount of the reservation fees will be kept.
