The Space
This dreamy one level holiday home is an idyllic base for a holiday on Paros. Situated on the wonderful beach of Piso Alyki, you are right on one of Paros’s best beaches. The taverns and shops of Alyki are just 300 m away.
You will enter the house through the covered veranda into the spacious living/dining area. The kitchen is partially separated under an arch and all the bedrooms and bathrooms open from the central space. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook meals and make breakfast, the cooker and oven are electric. There is a dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle etc. Big fridge/freezer. The house features 3 bedrooms: a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms where the beds can be put together to make a double if that is preferred. There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub the another one with a shower. There is also a washing machine for your convenience.
All the bedrooms and ceiling fans and there is ari codition in the living room.
The garden is walled all around. The front garden has got mature Mediterranean plants and offers plenty of shade and colourful flowers. There are two sunbeds and chairs for the beach.
The Neighborhood
The house in situated in the village of Alyki, this is the last house on the beach of Piso Alyki bay. The beach features sandy and pebbly areas, shade by Almiriki trees and the taverna (Thalassa mou) offers sunloungers and cabanas to rent. The tavern is quiet, does not play music, but serves excellent high quality Mediterranean and Greek dishes. The shops, cafes, a supermarket and other fish taverns are in a short walk’s distance (300m) The bus stop is approximately 500 m away just as the playground. Public tennis court, football and basketball court, another playground and yet another sandy beach (Agios Nikolaos) is also in walking distance (1,5km). You can spend the whole holiday and just rest in Alyki village without even getting a car as everything is in walking distance or rent a car and discover the whole island from this comfortable base.

Interaction with guests
Anna, the villa manager will meet you at the villa or at the port/airport. She will explain how everything works in the house, tell you about Paros and answer any questions you may have on arrival. She will meet you again on your departure to collect the keys, check the villa and see you off. You can always contact her by phone or email she lives on the island permanently.

A damage deposit of 300 Euro cash is required on arrival and returned after home inspection on departure.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is magnificent right by the beach with a 10 minute walk to dockside in Aliki with restaurants, cafes and the grocery store. The house had everything we needed. It was great hanging out on the veranda in the shades or in front of the house for sunbathing.

This authentic Greek house is right by the sea and very close to a beach and Aliki. We had a wonderful stay – the terasse is perfect! If you are looking for someone’s beach house, an authentic and lovey place, not a purpose built Airbnb, this is your spot!

We spent a wonderful week at Anita’s place in late September. The location is perfect in a quiet spot directly on the sea. We enjoyed swimming and stepping back into the garden for meals outdoors.
Great restaurants are an easy walk away as is the supermarket.
We rented a car to explore the island but it is not necessary.
The house is very clean and the beds were comfortable.
The kitchen is fully-equipped with modern appliances.
We highly recommend Anita’s place and will definitely return.

Sejour merveilleux dans la maison d Anita! l emplacement est exceptionnel, l eau turquoise est au bout du jardin fleuri, l endroit est très paisible avec un restaurant délicieux tout prêt. Le village d Aliki est accessible en moins de 10 minutes à pied (nombreuses tavernes sympathiques). La maison est très propre et Anita nous a formidablement bien accueillis. Nous avons qu une envie, y retourner!
