The space
This townhouse is 69 sqm and spread over three floors. This property offers the perfect privacy for two couples or a family of four as it is accessible through two separate independent entrances.
On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom with its own independent entrance, an en-suite bathroom and a closet, and a small kitchenette with a fridge and washing machine.
On the first floor situated another double bedroom with its independent entrance, closet and an en-suite bathroom. The second floor has got a fully equipped modern, open plan kitchen with a dining area and direct access to the spacious and private terrace, the perfect place for al-fresco dining or a glass of wine! The BBQ on the terrace is a “Big Green Egg”, a kamado-style ceramic charcoal barbecue cooker. The Egg is a versatile cooking device capable of acting as a grill, oven, or smoker. The three floors are connected by a beautifully designed spiral staircase.
Although the house is a solid stone structure based on traditional building methods keeping cool in the hot summer month and warm in the winter all rooms have individual air-conditioned units that can be turned on or off depending on your needs. The double beds are a standard size European (1.6 m x 2 m) and have a quality mattress for good night sleep. Hairdryers in both bedrooms. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets and traditional wooden shutters. (if you close them the morning light is not going to wake you early) The first-floor bedroom features a flat-screen television with free satellite channels.
The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker and oven, a Nespresso coffee maker, a water kettle and a big fridge-freezer and there is another smaller fridge in the kitchenette of the ground floor bedroom.
Chambermaid service every 3 days with the change of towels and change of linen every 7 days.
Location
Eco Town House of Paros is located in the old city of Parikia, the so-called “Agora”. This home is in a quiet residential street, just behind the market street with lovely boutiques, ice-cream and coffee shops. It’s only 3 minutes walk from the port of Paros and 5 minutes walk from a sandy beach, taverns, restaurants and bars. If you would like to rent a car to visit other parts of Paros, you should know that the car cannot be parked in front of the house as the streets of the Agora (Market Street) are all pedestrian, but there are a big public and free car park only 3 minutes walk from the house where you can safely park your rent-a-car.

Interaction with guests
Anna, the house manager will meet you at the villa or at the port/airport. She will explain how everything works in the house, tell you about Paros and answer any questions you may have on arrival. She will meet you again on your departure to collect the keys, check the house and see you off. You can always contact her by phone or email she lives on the island permanently.
