This brand new, air-conditioned, minimal style studio is centrally located and walking distance to the beach. The light and bright decor, the quiet back street location and the good quality mattress and bedlinen guarantee a good night sleep. Situated on the first floor, features a terrace with garden view and garden furniture. Breakfast kitchenette and a private bathroom with shower. The beach is 5 minutes walk, the center of town is 10 minutes walk.

The space
Stepping into the studio through the private entrance you will notice the light that fills the room and the clean minimalistic lines, the quality and comfort of the bedding, and the furniture.
On your right, there is a kitchenette with filter coffee maker, sandwich maker, and a hot water kettle. Equipped with crockery and cutlery for having breakfast, a sink, and a fridge/freezer.
There is a table that doubles as a desk with two chairs.
The double bed is a standard 1,60m x 2m, with new comfort mattress and quality bedding. Extra towels are in the big wardrobe.
The front balcony has got garden furniture and views towards the garden and the quiet street.
The bathroom is private, situated inside the studio and features a shower. We provide complimentary shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner.

Interaction with guests
Anna the flat manager will see you at your arrival, handle you the house keys, explain how everything works in the house (hot water, cooker etc.) and then will sit you down and tell you about the island. On your departure, she will see you again to check the house and see you off. You can always contact her by phone or email she lives on the island permanently.

Kerry Sue, September 2019: We had a lovely stay at Aegina Breeze. It was a short walk to the beach and a very quiet apartment. It was very clean. Anna met us on our arrival and departure and was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this studio!
Leva, August 2019: Really good location, only few minutes walk to the main street where you can find restaurants and shops. About 10 minute walk to ferry port, which is great if you are having an early ferry. The host was friendly and picked us up from port, also showed the best locations for good food and what to see. The place was clean and airy, we really liked the idea of spending the evening eating local goodies out on the balcony.

Alice, August 2019; The view and location was amazing! 5 minute walk to the beach and about 15 to 20 mins to the main center where the.port is. Anna met us at the port and helped us with our giant luggage and even gave us great local tips! We definitely want to return and stay here again!

The apartment is in a great location with plenty of nice restaurants and bars within walking distance along with a great (Website hidden by Airbnb) around a 15 min walk from the port. We were met and driven to the apartment with our luggage which was very helpful in the mid day heat! We had a fantastic time. Would recomend to anyone!!
Francisco, June 2019: Brand new room, simple, clean, quiet …and that’s all you need (want) ! Relax, total relax in a clean room, near the beach and so quiet. Anna is very helpful and always reply to you very quickly. She is a real professional and very friendly.
Manuela, June 2019: I had a great stay in Paros. The location is very nice (close to some beaches, the harbour and the city centre). The apartment was super clean, had a good working air-con, a balcony and Anna even provided 2 bottles of water in the fridge. On the way to the beach there is a very nice Greek restaurant called Parea café where they sing live music on Fridays. It’s a must see in Paros.

Milena, September 2019: Anna und ihr Mann sind wirklich super nett und hilfsbereit! Die Wohnung war perfekt ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Auch die Lage ist wirklich toll, sodass man viele Dinge zu Fuß erkunden kann. Insgesamt also sehr zu empfehlen 🙂
