Bedrooms
The Space
This cottage has been entirely transformed and opened up to face those magical views and the nature surrounding it. Entering the large living/kitchen/diner area the floor-to-ceiling balcony doors open with ease and connect the large veranda making it an even bigger space to be enjoyed in the summer months. In Paros you spend most of the time outside, the veranda features a large comfortable lounge set under the blissful shade of the traditional bamboo pergola. In the evening you can retreat into the house but still leave the huge sliding mosquito nets on the balcony door open leaving the summer breeze to freshen up the space.
The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped for making breakfast or cooking properly. There is a superb breakfast bar to sip your morning coffee in style and a large dining table for enjoying lunch or dinner in good company.
This house features three spacious double bedrooms and is ideal for couples travelling together or a large family.
The first double bedroom opens from the living space and has access to the front veranda. The room features a large double bed, a spacious wardrobe and an ensuite shower with sink and vanity. The toilet is separate, not in this room, right next to the entrance door of the cottage.
Upstairs, there are two other bedrooms, both with access to the very large balcony that they share. Both bedrooms offer fantastic views from bed. Wardrobes, comfortable mattresses, attention to detail, and a preference for natural materials such as bamboo, wood, and raffia continue here. The bathroom is shared between these two bedrooms.
All spaces are air-conditioned, bedrooms and the living space too.
The private garden streches in front of the house and features colourful Mediterranean shrubs and flowers. An outside shower is planned and we hope it will be completed for this summer season.
The Neighborhood
Kampos is a small village on the southwest of Paros, the house is located on the fringes of the village. It is characterised by small traditional houses, and holiday homes connected by winding streets, gardens and wheat fields around. There is a small shop, a kind of sells it-all (“pantopolio in Greek) only 550 m from the house, this is the centre of the village where all the local gossipers meet. A brisk morning swim or a late night one is also easy to do, just walk down towards the seafront (10 minutes through the village) and the little port, where crystal clear water awaits, and it is never too choppy as this is the channel between Paros and Antiparos where the water is shallow and calm. Alyki is a popular village with excellent taverns, great beaches, supermarkets, an excellent bakery and some other shops only 5 minute’s drive or a short bike ride away. Parikia, the capital of Paros with its ancient agora, the archaeological museum and much more will take about 15 minutes to reach by car or you can use the bus service which should be about half an hour. Naoussa the party capital of the island and its chick boutiques are also within easy reach, the drive will be a mere half an hour.

Interaction with guests
Anna, the villa manager will meet you at the villa or at the port/airport. She will explain how everything works in the house, tell you about Paros and answer any questions you may have on arrival. She will meet you again on your departure to collect the keys, check the villa and see you off. You can always contact her by phone or email she lives on the island permanently.

We had a great stay with our 3 children. The house is very spacious, beautifully decorated and very well-equipped. Elena gave us some great recommendations and great tips for enjoying the island. She had left everything you need in the house: laundry detergent, oil, salt, etc. Really perfect !

The villa is lovely. Fantastic views over AntiParos. Very peaceful and in a great position only a 5minute drive to charming Aliki. Although the bus service is good I would recommend hiring a moped or small car to fully make the most of this lovely island. We were welcomed with essentials like bread, beer, water and cheese. Everything you need to have a great holiday. The cat adopted us so we fully fed her. She’s no problem and doesn’t attempt to come into the house. I can’t recommend this more highly.

The house is the same of the photos and everything is real . You could enjoy the panorama and eat under the porch. You could see Antiparos, the sunset, the sea; it is really silent and beautiful. In the night the view of the via lattea is striking. Elena has done its better to allow us to enjoy a unforgettable ferragosto dinner. We really liked to stay there.
