This tastefully furnished island-style villa features four bedrooms, a big, private pool, and great sea views walking distance to Parasporos Beach. Lovely quiet area, great for one or two families. The space
This dreamy villa is situated within walking distance of one of Paros’s most popular beaches and enjoys beautiful views all around. It sleeps 8-10 guests in four bedrooms. The master bedroom is situated on the first floor and has a very private balcony with fantastic views and an on-suite bathroom.
You will find another double bedroom on the ground floor with access to the terrace and the pool. The spacious bright living room and the fully equipped kitchen are also connected directly to the terrace which is nice and protected from northerly winds and covered by a great big pergola providing shade on hot summer days.
Downstairs you will find two other double bedrooms, both with an additional single bed, and there is a sitting area between the two rooms plus the third bathroom of the house is equipped with a shower. All bedrooms have separate air-conditioning units.
Outside you can dine al fresco enjoying the unique sunsets Paros has to offer. The pool is spacious, surrounded by shrubs and a well-kept garden with sunbeds for private sunbathing away from curious eyes.
You can park your car inside the grounds of the villa, very close to the house.

Interaction with guests
Anna, the house manager will meet you at the villa or at the port/airport. She will explain how everything works in the house, tell you about Paros and answer any questions you may have on arrival. She will meet you again on your departure to collect the keys, check the villas and see you off. You can always contact her by phone or email she lives on the island

Anna, the co-host, was extremely helpful and responsive whenever we reach out with questions. She helped coordinate a lot of our transportation on the island, which made our trip more seamless from day 1. Anna welcomed us with a fridge stocked with bottled water and some welcoming wine/beer! The house was beautiful and clean, with a great pool and outdoor space to hang around. The location was great – it was more tucked away so very quiet yet a short 10 min drive to Parikia!

Honestly cannot recommend this Villa and the Island of Paros enough. The hosts communication was excellent, they were particularly helpful when buying food and it was a perfect experience. The villa is perfectly siuated in a quiet estate, but notable sights such as Pounda beach or the good nightlife of Parikia town can all be reached by the metronomic bus service.

We spent a lovely week in this beautiful villa. The house and service was absolutely splendid. Especially nice was the pool and outdoor area, which really came in handy as it’s protected from the pretty harsh winds.
Anna and Michael who handles the villa are lovely and managed to help us with every question and need we had.
In order to stay here I’d say you really need a car, which anna helped us get.

Great trip in Paros at Parasporos house, perfect for a group of 8 adult, we enjoyed the swiming pool, and the view a lot , and also the numerous outside tables. The kitchen is well equiped, the beds are confortable with AC in the bedrooms + mosquito nets + blackout shutters.
Great communication with our host, reactivity and help if necessary.

Very nice house perfectly located on the island of Paros. The house is very well equipped, the swimming pool is fantastic and the terraces are very pleasant to spend good moments enjoying the beautiful landscape of this island. The view of the sea and the sunset are breathtaking. The reception is perfectly organised and you will not lack anything!

We stayed at this villa for 8 nights and we were a group of 8.
The villa it’s self is a great size – we didn’t feel too on top of each other at all.
The outdoor space is the real selling point for this villa with a fantastic private pool, nice big terrace and even some lime trees in the back yard – lovely!!
We ate outside most evenings – Anna and Micheal were kind enough to put the wind breakers down for us on the terrace before we arrived as it was pretty windy for a few of the days we were there.
The location is fab – just a short walk down to the beach where you can find a bar and a nice taverna. Would recommend getting a car so you can drive into town etc.
All in all we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend to others.

The villa has an amazing garden and pool – as shown in the pictures. The pool was also cleaned during our stay. The interior is a bit modest but we did not spend much time there, so it was fine. The kitchen has everything you need to cook there. Overall, a very good stay.

Everyone was super nice. They helped us get to the Airbnb from the airport and helped us with tipps on what to do. Paros is a beautiful island and Paradise Villa is a beautiful Villa. There are a lot of cats we mostly had one at the house the entire time we named him Bobby (her actual name was Sydney) . All the amenities you could need were there. All in all, we had an amazing time and can only recommend this property.
