The Space

This large and comfortable apartment spans over two floors, featuring 3 bedrooms – all with large double beds- 2 bathrooms, two balconies with partial sea views and a wind-protected yard space. A stylish, seaside, nature-inspired, modern space with all you need for a fuss-free holiday. Air-conditioned.

The entrance door is in the kitchen, which opens up to a light-filled living room/dining space. There is a balcony overlooking the gardens of the apartments and views of the sea.

The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge-freezer, electric cooker and oven, frappe maker, coffee machine and plenty of pots and pans, plates, mugs, bowls, all you need to be able to cook or prepare breakfast.

The living room is in the same space, featuring a dining table with chairs, a large sofa with a coffee table and a TV screen (not shown in the photos; it was installed later). Direct access to one of the lovely balconies.

Opening from the living space is the master bedroom and a small bathroom with a shower. This bedroom features a large double bed, a private balcony with sea view, wardrobes and a vanity makeup table which can also be used as a work station.

The other two bedrooms and the bathroom are downstairs, accessible by a spiral staircase from the kitchen. There is a laundry area at the landing of the staircase with a washing machine, an ironing board, and a small extra fridge (handy for your drinks and snacks, so you don’t have to climb up to the kitchen). Clothes can be hung to dry in the yard, which is accessible from both bedrooms.

The second bedroom has a double bed, a fireplace (decorative), a wardrobe and a desk if you would like to get some work done while on vacation.

The third bedroom is equally spacious and light, equipped with a double bed, clothes storage, a dressing table and mirror and a corner lounge sofa. (suitable to sleep a young child if needed)

Individually controllable air-conditioning in the two lower-floor bedrooms and in the living room.

The Neighborhood

The apartment is situated in Alyki, one of the last authentic fishing villages of the island, where festivals are often held in the summer. The small marina is a 5-minute walk away (400m), where fishing boats anchor and excursion boats depart towards crystal clear waters and hidden beaches on Antiparos island. The coast is lined with excellent taverns, coffee shops, small grocery and pastry shops, a pharmacy, a butcher, and a fishmonger. Two playgrounds, a free public tennis court and a football field await children and adults alike! This and the bus stop are on your doorstep, while the apartment itself is in a residential cul-de-sac where the noise of the main street does not reach. Three beaches of the village are within walking distance, the central beach with coffee shops and restaurants is 400 m, Piso Alyki beach with natural shade and a beautiful coastline is 950m away, and Agios Nikolaos beach with sports facilities is 1100 m.

Interaction with guests

Anna, the property manager, will meet you at the apartment or at the port/airport. She will explain how everything works in Casa Lina and tell you about Paros and answer any questions you may have on arrival. She will meet you again on your departure to collect the keys, check the apartment and see you off. You can always contact her by phone or email; she lives on the island permanently.

The apartment/house was a typical Greek blue and white house in a newly renovated style. The rooms were stylish and modernly decorated. The bathroom upstairs was a bit small, but everything worked very satisfactorily. The balconies were lovely to sit on. The place was shady and quiet. The location was amazing, within walking distance to the beach, and the view was absolutely beautiful. We would love to come back here and to the charming town of Aliki.

Very large house. Location fairly close to the sea and a large parking lot. Covered porch with sea view. Facilities of the house: air conditioning, washing machine, hairdryer, WiFi, two bathrooms…The spiral staircase leading down to the basement with partial protection on the upper floor. The toilet on the ground floor is really basic with a shower without a curtain.

Cosy house on 2 floors with air conditioning in all rooms on the lower floor and in the living room on the upper floor. Very comfortable and useful balcony and garden.
