The Space
Entering the house from the garden you are greeted with wonderful views of the sea over the grand dining table. In the same space on your right is a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dishwasher, gas cooker and electric oven, a brand new fridge, and a sitting area featuring a couch, armchair, and television. There is direct access to the terrace, so you can choose to dine inside or outside!
On the ground floor situated the grand master bedroom with a queen-sized bed, wall-to-wall wardrobes, a dedicated workspace with a proper desk with plenty of natural light and a comfortable chair, and an on-suit bathroom with a shower.
The utility room with the washing machine is in the corridor and stairs lead upstairs to the second double bedroom featuring a queen-size bed, an on-suit bathroom with a shower, and a wonderful private terrace with great sea views of Antiparos and the sunset!
The two additional bedrooms are in the elevated basement area. They are spacious and tastefully furnished each one has a queen-sized bed with brand-new mattress brand-new and a single couch suitable to host one child (under the age of 12). They share a bathroom with a shower. Only one of the bedrooms in the elevated basement floor has a window, the fourth bedroom receives natural light through its door only. All the bedrooms and the living/dining/kitchen area are air-conditioned.
The property is surrounded by a beautiful mature Mediterranean garden all around, there are olive trees, herbs, and roses and a wonderful charcoal BBQ area at the front of the house.
The white garden gate opens to a walkway leading down to the seashore to a very private hidden bay, something that only the couple of houses that are in the neighbourhood are aware of giving you a privilege of a semi-private pebbled beach only 5 minute walk from your villa.
The roof terrace of the villa is accessible by the staircase outside and offers magnificent views.

Interaction with guests
Anna, the house manager will meet you at the villa or at the port/airport. She will explain how everything works in the house, tell you about Paros and answer any questions you may have on arrival. She will meet you again on your departure to collect the keys, check the villas and see you off. You can always contact her by phone or email she lives on the island permanently.

Minimum rental period: 7 days in high season or prime season and 6 days in mid- and a minimum of 5 days in low season.

A clean and cosy villa, perfect for families. It is very well equipped with everything you need! Located just a few meters from one of the most beautiful beaches in Paros, it offers an amazing sunset and a great view of Antiparos Island.
