The Space

Entering the villa a large light filled atrium welcomes you into the living room and the open concept kitchen space. Double balcony doors lead to the front terrace with sundeck and jacuzzi on one side and the wind protected south terrace with a solid marble table that functions as the main dining area in the summer months. The kitchen is modern and very well equipped, features a breakfast bar.

On the ground floor there is a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with walk in shower and washing machine.

You will find the large master bedroom on the first floor with 180 degree sea views and a private terrace with wooden pergola, just as the a third bedroom featuring a king sized double bed with a small balcony and a bathroom with shower. A spacious sea view terrace wraps around the second floor which opens from the atrium corridor and features an outside lounge set and wooden table. Partially shaded.

BEDROOMS

There is a private garden around the jacuzzi area, an outside shower to freshen up and to wash off the sand from the beach/kite equipment and two parking spaces under the shade of the pergola.

The villa is made of local stone and marble with the outmost respect to the natural environment. The design creates an atmosphere of peace, relaxation, and tranquility so you get into the holiday mood from the first moment of your arrival.

The Neighborhood

Villa Hibiscus is situated on the west side of the island, just a short walk from the ferry crossing to the charming islet of Antiparos. The village is very residential and chacteriesed of homes with gardens, veggie patches, a small port where fishing and excursion boats moor and the small open platform ferry crosses between the two island every half an hour in the high season. At the port there is an excellent fish restaurant (700m from the villa), two word famous kite surfing centers, scuba diving center and a surf & coffee shop. The capital of the island Parikia is about 10 minutes drive away, the airport if about 20 minutes drive.

Interaction with guests

Anna, the property manager, will meet you at the apartment or at the port/airport. She will explain how everything works in the house, tell you about Paros and answer any questions you may have on arrival. She will meet you again on your departure to collect the keys, check the apartment and see you off. You can always contact her by phone or email; she lives on the island permanently.
