The Space
This luxury holiday residence spreads over two floors and features three good size double bedrooms and two bathrooms offering ample private space for couples, family or groups of friends.
The living room has got a large sofa and a television with Netflix connection. The kitchen is compact but perfectly equipped with all the pots and pans, cutlery and crockery that you need to make meals. A dishwasher is installed making clean up a breeze and a large fridge/ freezer, two types of coffee machines and a microwave oven are at your fingertips.
The three bedrooms are all spacious, the larges is in the elevated basement area (normal windows and lots of natural light), featuring an ensuite bathroom. The other two double bedrooms are on the ground floor and share a bathroom. The washing machine is installed in the kitchen.
The back terrace is spacious, very private and wind protected offering amazing views of the mountains around. The dining table is large and accommodates six people. There is an outside kitchen where you can make al fresco dinners and a lounge area with a comfortable outside couch. Reliable Wifi coverage inside and outside.

The Neighbourhood
The apartment is situated in Alyki, one of the last authentic fishing villages of the island, where festivals are often held in the summer. The largest supermarket of the south is only 2 minutes walk away, on the main road of Alyki, just as the best bakery of the area. There is also a small greengrocer offering a wide variety fresh fruits and vegetable in addition to local wines and cheese.
The beach of Agios (Saint) Nicolaos with it’s shallow, warm, crystal clear water is 700 m away, a short stroll from your apartment. This beach is not organised (you can take the beach towels we provide) but there is an excellent restaurant and a small shop offering refreshments and ice creams in the vicinity. It is the perfect place for families and sports enthusiasts, a big playground is right at the beach together with free, public tennis-, basketball and football ground.
The centre of the village small marina a 5-minute walk away (400m), where fishing boats anchor and excursion boats depart towards crystal clear waters and hidden beaches on Antiparos island. The coast is lined with excellent taverns, coffee shops, small grocery and pastry shops, a pharmacy, a butcher, and a fishmonger.
The bus stop is on your doorstep, while the apartment itself is in quiet a side street. Three beaches of the village are within walking distance, the central beach with coffee shops and restaurants is 700 m, Piso Alyki beach with natural shade and a beautiful coastline is 950m away.

Interaction with guests
Anna, the property manager, will meet you at the apartment or at the port/airport. She will explain how everything works in the apartment, tell you about Paros and answer any questions you may have on arrival. She will meet you again on your departure to collect the keys, check the apartment and see you off. You can always contact her by phone or email; she lives on the island permanently.
